What I can do for you?
I have taught and currently teach a large variety of Yoga styles, ranging from Vinyasa, over Yin and Hatha to meditation and Yoga Nidra. For my classes I tend to blend traditional methods with modern anatomical knowledge and influences taken from gym workouts and HIIT to create a unique style of classes. Together, we can find the style that works best for you.
